- Well Written, a 4-year-old unbeaten New Zealand horse, arrived in Sydney on Tuesday in faultless condition after flying from trainer Stephen Marsh's Cambridge stables.
- Jockey Zac Lloyd will ride Well Written for the first time in Saturday's A$1.5 million Epsom at Randwick at 7.10pm NZ time.
- Well Written was backed into $3.80 equal favouritism by Wednesday, down from $5 on Tuesday, as Autumn Boy remains the other leading contender.
